Base Pay: $28.263 an hour , with continuing education opportunities increasing pay to $34.803 an hour AND additional monthly-paid bonuses ranging from $2.75 - $3.25 an hour.

    The Industrial Electricians are responsible for the installation and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment in a manufacturing environment. In this role, the individual will spend much of their time troubleshooting and repairing equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to control the action of electrical current by the use of switches, condensers, transformers, rheostats and other electrical equipment and will have the ability to use the proper instruments and gauges necessary to track down trouble in electrical equipment. This position will also be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment as well as any repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment. This person must have the ability to interpret drawings related to the installation and operation of machinery and equipment. Someone with manufacturing equipment startup experience would also be a good match for this role. This position requires an individual who is self-directed and capable of running projects with little or no instruction.

  • Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere. Dependable job attendance is expected. Basic Computer skills preferred.

    Shift Information: 12-hour shift, New hires would likely be placed onto the night shift.

  • 2-2-3 continuous work schedule (This scheduling allows for some natural overtime and gives a three-day weekend every other week)

    Work Environment: Texarkana, AR Plant

  • The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the factory.

  • The environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.

  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or the Workforce Center's Career Readiness Certification (CRC) with a minimum of Silver Certificate level

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future 

  • Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations

  • 5 years of industrial electrical experience or successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in this specific craft

  • Must complete aptitude test and hands-on assessment administered by an outside party
