Job summary:

Tire expert, at your service. Your job as a Lead Sales advisor is to know our product inside out and leverage your expert knowledge to build trust with in-store guests as they pick the proper tires for their needs. For us, it's never about the upsell--our goal is to ensure all guests get the tires that will work best for them. We know tire buying can be confusing, but luckily, you'll be there to help every step of the way--from grabbing our guests a refreshment to understanding their needs and ultimately matching them with their perfect set of tires.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Guide guests in this tire-buying process, asking questions and determining the best product to fit their needs.

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes guests as they enter the store, and make them feel comfortable.
  • Work with the team to ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable.
  • Build trust with all guests, asking questions about their tire needs and being transparent throughout the tire-buying process.
  • Work with guests to schedule appointments to best fit their needs.
  • When scheduling, realize that time matters. It is up to you to keep the promises of when guests' vehicles will be ready, while respecting their time and expectations.

  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • You know how to work with people, and are able to provide top-of-the-line service in any scenario.

  • You thrive in a team setting, and are able to collaborate at every level.
  • You know how to approach and talk to people effectively, and can strike up a conversation at any time.
  • You're excellent at managing your time, but also can be flexible with it, because your schedule won't always be the same.
  • You may be unsure about selling tires, and that's okay! We're more than happy to train you to do so. You will be a pro in no time, we promise.

  • Additional Requirements:

  • Having a Bachelor's Degree isn't required, but we would prefer if you had one.

  • On the other hand, a High school diploma/GED is definitely required.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • We want the best-of-the-best for our guests, so at least 2 years of customer service experience is encouraged.
  • Working on the service floor for long periods of time is a necessity.
